7 Day Kick Starter Program
Starting a new fitness program can be challenging. Our 7 day Kickstarter is a great way to jump start your new fitness routine or maybe just get you back on your old one. Each of
our workouts can be done at home, an apartment gym or outside with minimal equipment. The workouts should take 30 minutes or less but are programmed to blast calories. It doesn’t matter where you’re at in your fitness journey since there are modifications for every movement. The Kickstarter program also includes a nutritional guide. This is your program, challenge yourself. Results don’t happen overnight so stick to it even after the 7 days.
