Return Policy

ETB North America, LLC accepts returns of merchandise provided they were not closeout or discontinued items and you contact us about the return within 15 days of purchase. Returns for items after 15 days of purchase shall only be for an exchange or store credit.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To return a product, you must contact ETB North America, LLC via www.etbfit.com using the 'Contact Us' form with the following information:

Invoice number
Product description, item # and quantity
Dates of purchase
Reason for return (damage, incorrect, customer error end user, etc.)

 

RETURN PROCESS
When ETB North America, LLC receives the above four items it will issue a Return Authorization Number ("RA#"). Such RA# will be provided within 36 hours. You must clearly mark the outside of returned boxes with the RA#. Packages without identifiable RA#'s on the packages will be refused.

As per our return policy, all returns must be mailed within 15 days from when you receive an RA#. ETB North America, LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments. No COD returns will be accepted. Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and must be in a resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned due to customer error or dissatisfaction. If you receive a defective or damaged item, at ETB North America, LLC's discretion, we will either (a) provide free return shipping for the defective or damaged item and ship a replacement item or (b) ship replacement parts to restore the item to its advertised condition.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. If you ordered the item more than 15 days ago, we will charge a 25% restocking fee. If you placed the order for the item more than 30 days ago we apologize, but we are unable to accept the return.

In the event of missing products, ETB North America, LLC must be contacted within 24 hours of your receipt of the shipment. Closeout and Discontinued items may not be returned. No Cash refunds given on returns.

DAMAGES

ETB North America, LLC is not responsible for damages due to elements out of its control, such as melted bars (see Cold Packs). We will not ship drinks in glass containers. Customers must contact ETB North America, LLC regarding damages within 24 hours of delivery.

 

COLD PACKS
Cold Packs are available upon request to prevent products from melting. ETB North America, LLC will not accept returns on melted products. A $9.00 fee will be added to all orders requesting cold packs.

 

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCT POLICY
Inventory availability is not guaranteed. Customer will be notified via e-mail regarding out-of-stock products. Split shipments are available upon customer approval in the event the order cannot be shipped complete from one warehouse.

ORDER PROCESSING
ETB North America, LLC Store is unable to make any alterations to orders after they have been submitted.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellation requests must be emailed to ETB North America, LLC within 30 minutes of the submission of the original PO. ETB North America, LLC cannot guarantee any cancellations received after 30 minutes of the submission of the original PO.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES
All domestic residential orders will be shipped USPS ground unless a more cost effective and traceable method is available. ETB reserves the right to make all decisions of carriers. All Military/PO Box/Alaska/Hawaii orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. All USPS shipping charges will be calculated by ETB North America, LLC and added to the order, excepting orders with free shipping. Any address changes, cancellations or delivery interceptions to processed orders will incur a $10.00 charge. All orders returned to ETB North America, LLC due to an incorrect address or order cancellation will be subject to a $10.00 charge and a 10% restocking fee.
