Healthy Pumpkin Protein Squares

 Even though fall isn't officially here yet, the drop in temperature has us craving all things fall. These protein bars are the perfect fall snack, sub our Vanilla Casein for the Naturally Grass-Fed Vanilla to make them a great late night snack option!

 


Ingredients:
4 egg Whites
3/4 C Organic canned pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 c almond flour
2 scoops Eat The Bear Naturally Grass-Fed Vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl, mix egg whites, pumpkin, vanilla extract and maple syrup
In a small bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder and all spices along with baking powder
Add this to wet ingredients and make sure to mix well
Pour mixture into baking pan (loaf or square pan) coated with cooking spray.
Bake about 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
