Italian Cream Protein Cake Recipe

What you'll need

1/2 scoop ETB Vanilla Whey Protein (Grab a sample here!)
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp almond meal
- 2 tsp truvia sugar baking blend
- 2 tbsp liquid egg whites
- 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cashew/almond milk
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp light butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp chopped walnut
Instructions
- Melt the butter and mix well with the rest of the ingredients
- Spray a small bowl with cooking spray and place batter inside
- Microwave for 1-3 mins

- Melt the coconut oil and mix all ingredients together then frost the cake and sprinkle with more chopped walnuts.
