Cinnamon Bun Diet Healthy Foods Protein Recipes

W h a t  Y o u ‘ l l  N e e d :

Batter:


P r o c e d u r e :

  1. Mix wet ingredients together then add to dry ingredients.
  2. Bake on 325 for 12-16mins.

Glaze:

  • 1/2 scoop Cinnamon ETB Whey
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter

P r o c e d u r e :

  1. Melt coconut butter for a few seconds in the microwave then add to protein powder.
  2. Slowly add in about 1/4 cup of water and stir till a glaze forms.
  3. Once donuts are cool dip them in the glaze then place in fridge for glaze to harden.
  4. Optional to serve with sprinkle of brown sugar and sugar free maple syrup.
