We're following up our previous post with another fall-inspired recipe, as we get September started. Now, you can make your very own pumpkin spice protein smoothie. Just combine these ingredients and follow the instructions below:
  • 1/3 pumpkin pure
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 6 ice cubes
  • teaspoon of cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1-2 scoop protein
