ETB Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Protein Recipes Vanilla

  • INGREDIENTS
  • – 1 scoop of your favorite ETB Whey Pure Isolate Protein
  • – 2 cups quinoa flour
  • – 3-4 tbsp of water or coconut milk
  • – 1 tsp of coconut oil
  • – 1/2 cup of all natural peanut butter
  • – 1 tsp of baking soda
  • – 1 tsp of organic vanilla extract
  • – 1/4 cup of organic oats

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix well and cook at 300F for 20min. Let it cool off for 10 minutes then keep in a covered bowl for softness.
