ETB Protein Muffins

  • INGREDIENTS
  • – 1 scoop of your favorite ETB Whey Pure Isolate Protein
  • – 2 cups of quinoa flour
  • – Y, cup of agave
  • – 3-4 tbsp of water or coconut milk
  • – 1 tsp of coconut oil
  • – 1 tsp of baking soda
  • – 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
  • – 1 tsp of organic vanilla extract
  • – 1 x 1.5oz box of organic raisins

Instructions: Mix well and cook at 300F for 15 min, let it cool off for 10 min, keep muffins in the covered bowl for softness.
