  • 8-10 oz milk or water
  • About 6 ice cubes
  • 1tbsp peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp no sugar added jelly
  • 1-2 scoops of Eat the Bear Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein

    I put 1 cup of frozen grapes instead of the jelly and 1-2 cups of spinach or kale so I get my greens. So yummy!!
