What You’ll Need

  • 1/2 scoop ETB Vanilla Casein
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  1. Blend together all wet ingredients then add in protein powder and baking powder.
  2. Last add in the raps berries.
  3. Place batter in a small bread loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake on 350 for 16-18 mins.

Macros:

  • 14g fat
  • 31g carbs
  • 28g protein (5 fiber)
  • 335 calories
