Cinnamon Bun Diet recipes

What You’ll Need

For the batter:

  • 1 scoop ETB Cinnamon Bun Bare Isolate
  • 1/4 cup Kodiak pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

* Mix together all ingredients and place batter in two small cake bowls or oven safe bowls sprayed with non stick spray. Bake on 350 for 10-12 mins.


* Mix together ingredients and frost cake once cooled. Top with optional nut butter of choice.

  • 46.5g protein (4 fiber)
