Healthy Foods protein recipes Vanilla

What you'll need

  • 1 1/2 scoop ETB vanilla casein
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup light butter
  • 2 tbsp truvia baking sugar blend
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 graham crackers (crushed)

Instructions

  • melt the butter and mix with the rest of the ingredients
  • mix in marshmallows and chocolate chips last
  • bake for 10-12 mins on a cookie sheet on 350
