What you'll need for the pancakes

Dry Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 Egg ~2oz
  • Greek Yogurt (50g)
  • Dash Vanilla Extract (1g)

Frosting:

  • 6oz Greek Yogurt (150g)
  • Dash Red Food Coloring Dash Yellow Food Coloring  

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 1) Combine dry ingredients into a mixing bowl
  • 2) Add wet ingredients and stir to form batter
  • 3) Coat a muffin pan with cooking spray. Drop batter to fill muffin container half way full.
  • 4) Bake 12-15 minutes until slightly golden brown
  • 5) Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, use a knife to form a crescent shape with muffins.
  • 6) Mix frosting of greek yogurt, red food coloring, & yellow food coloring. Frost Crescents
  • 7) Enjoy
