Microwave Protein Peanut Butter Blondie

Blondie Ingredients:
  • 1/2 scoop ETB Vanilla Casein
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Kodiak Peanut Butter Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cashew Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Blondie Directions: 

Melt the coconut oil and mix well with the rest of the ingredients. Place batter in a sprayed small bread pan and microwave for 2-3 mins.

Frosting Ingredients:

  • 1/4 scoop ETB Vanilla Casein
  • 1 tsp Sugar Free Pudding Mix
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cashew Milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Frosting Directions:

Mix together all ingredients and frost blondie once cooled. Optional to top with peanut butter and sprinkles.
