What You'll Need

For the batter

*Mix together all ingredients and pour batter into a sprayed small bread pan and microwave for 2-4mins.

For the frosting

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp SF pudding mix
  • 1/2 tsp honey

*Mix together all ingredients and frost loaf. Top with 1/2 tbsp chopped almonds. Optional drizzle of honey for top.

  • 15g fat
  • 37g carb (5.5 fiber)
  • 47g protein
  • 460 calories
