Fruity Pebble Protein Loaf

What you'll need

For the cake:

  • 1 scoop ETB Vanilla Casein
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp NutsnMore Toffee Crunch Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Fruity pebbles

*Mix together all ingredients- add in cereal last.

For the frosting:

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp sugar free lemon pudding mix
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract

*Spray a mini bread pan with nonstick cooking spray. Microwave for 2-4 mins. Frost loaf then top with 2 tbsp Fruity pebbles, and a 1/2 tbsp NutsnMore Toffee Crunch Peanut Butter
