What you'll need for the donuts

  • 1 scoop ETB Chocolate Bare Isolate
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cashew milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp trivia sugar baking blend
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions for the donuts

  • Melt the coconut oil and mix well with rest of ingredients.
  • Spray a donut hole tray with nonstick cooking spray and place batter inside.
  • Bake on 350 for 8-10 mins.

What you'll need for the frosting

  • 1 tbsp sugar free pudding mix
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cashew milk

Instructions for the frosting

  • Mix together ingredients and frost donuts after they cool.
  • Optional to top with sprinkles and sugar free chocolate syrup.

 

Macros for 1 donut with frosting out of 5:

  • 120 calories
  • 7g fat
  • 7g carbs
  • 8.5g protein (1.5 fiber)
