Frosted Chocolate Protein Donuts

What you'll need for the donuts
- 1 scoop ETB Chocolate Bare Isolate
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cashew milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp trivia sugar baking blend
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions for the donuts
- Melt the coconut oil and mix well with rest of ingredients.
- Spray a donut hole tray with nonstick cooking spray and place batter inside.
- Bake on 350 for 8-10 mins.
What you'll need for the frosting
- 1 tbsp sugar free pudding mix
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cashew milk
Instructions for the frosting
- Mix together ingredients and frost donuts after they cool.
- Optional to top with sprinkles and sugar free chocolate syrup.

- 120 calories

- 7g carbs
- 8.5g protein (1.5 fiber)
