Cinnamon Roll Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

Cinnamon Bun protein Recipes

What you'll need

Batter

  • 1 scoop ETB Cinnamon Bun Isolate
  • 1/4 cup Kodiak pancake mix
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Frosting:

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp SF pudding mix
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

 

  1. Mix together all ingredients and add in 1-2 tbsp water. Cook over low/medium heat flipping half way through.
  2. Mix together all ingredients and frost between each pancake. Optional top with nutsnmore pumpkin spice peanut butter

  • 10g fat
  • 59g carbs
  • 49g protein (14 fiber)
  • 520 calories
