Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes

What You’ll Need

Cookie Batter

Chocolate filling

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chocolate sugar free pudding mix
  • 1/4-1/3 cup water

What to do:

  1. Mix together all ingredients and cook on low/medium heat flipping half way through.
  2. Frost between each pancake once done.
  3. Optional toppings: sugar free chocolate syrup, chocolate peanut butter, & chocolate sprinkles.

Macros for pancakes and frosting:

  • 434 calories
  • 10g fat
  • 43g carbs
