What You’ll Need
- 1 scoop ETB Ice Cream Sandwich Isolate Whey
- 1/4 cup Birch Benders Chocolate Chip pancake mix
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 1/2 tbsp chocolate sugar free pudding mix
- 1/4-1/3 cup water
What to do:
- Mix together all ingredients and cook on low/medium heat flipping half way through.
- Frost between each pancake once done.
- Optional toppings: sugar free chocolate syrup, chocolate peanut butter, & chocolate sprinkles.
