What you'll need:

  • blender
  • 4-serving Popsicle mold
  • water
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 5 drops lemonade mio drops
  • squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 serving Lemonade ETB BCAAs

What to do:

  • measure water by filling the Popsicles molds with water
  • pour the water into blender with the blackberries, BCAA, and mio drops.
  • Blend together and pour into Popsicles molds.
  • Freeze for atleast 4-5 hours.
