Cinnamon Bun Diet Protein Recipes

What you'll need


  • Melt butter then mix together will all ingredients.
  • Batter will be sticky.
  • Line a small baking tray with parchment paper and spoon the batter onto it.
  • Sprinkle with more cinnamon and truvia then spray the top of the cookie with cooking spray.
  • Bake on 350 for 5-7 mins.


for 1 large cookie:

  • 6g fat
  • 38g carb (4 fiber)
  • 30g carbs
  • 300 calories
