What you'll need

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together then slowly add in 2 tbsp water.
  • Roll dough out on parchment paper with about another tbsp oat flour to prevent sticking.
  • Flatten into 3 equal sized circles and place 1/2 tbsp chocolate chips in the middle.
  • Fold into half circles and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place them on it.
  • Bake on 350 for 10 mins.
  • Makes 3.
