What you'll need
- 1 scoop Vanilla PB ETB Whey Protein (Grab a sample here!)
- 2 scoops lemonade ETB BCAAs
- 1 package sugar free lemon jello mix
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew/almond milk
- 2 tbsp truvia baking blend
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp coconut extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Blend all wet ingredients and the oatmeal together then add to dry ingredients while adding the blueberries in last.
- Pour into a pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake on 350 for 20-25 mins.
- Optional to top with additional coconut flakes before baking.
- Makes 8 bars.
