Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake for Two

Chocolate Peanut Butter Diet Protein recipe Recipes

What you'll need

  • 1 scoop Chocolate PB ETB Whey Protein  (Grab a sample here!)
  • 85g cooked/skin removed white potato
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew/almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • 2-4 packets truvia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Purée cooked potato with the wet ingredients then add in the dry ingredients.
  • Place 3/4 of the batter in a bowl sprayed with cooking spray and put the other 1/4 of the batter in fridge.
  • Bake on 350 for 12-15 mins then allow to cool completely.

For the peanut butter layer

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp PB2
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut flour

Instructions for the peanut butter layer

  • Mix with a little water or milk.
  • Frost cake with the remaining 1/4 of batter then place the peanut butter layer on top.
  • Optional toppings of chocolate peanut butter and cacao nibs.
