W h a t Y o u ‘ l l N e e d :
* Blend together with 1 cup of water.
- 1/4 cup blackbeans
- 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chocolate peanut butter
- 1-2 packets of Truvia
* Purée together and add in a few tablespoons of water if needed.
P r o c e d u r e :
Spoon chucks of brownie batter in the ice cream mixture and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours before eating.
TIP: Allow to defrost a little before eating for easy serving.
