Banana Bread Protein Muffin
What You'll Need:
- Blend 3/4 of the banana with wet ingredients then add to dry ingredients.
- For the Caramelized banana topping cut the rest of the banana and toss in:
- 1 tsp butter or ghee
- 1 tbsp Walden farms pancake syrup
- 1 packet truvia
- Fry in a pan on the stove lightly to get it caramelized.
