What You'll Need: 

Procedure:

  • Blend 3/4 of the banana with wet ingredients then add to dry ingredients.
  • For the Caramelized banana topping cut the rest of the banana and toss in:
  1. 1 tsp butter or ghee
  2. 1 tbsp Walden farms pancake syrup
  3. 1 packet truvia
  • Fry in a pan on the stove lightly to get it caramelized.

  • 84g carb (5 fiber)
  • 36g protein
  • 460 calories
