Diet Healthy Foods Protein Recipes Vanilla

What you'll need for the cake:

  • 1 scoop ETB Vanilla Whey Pure Isolate    (Grab a sample here!)
  • 1/4 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp egg mates
  • 1 tsp light butter
  • 1 tbsp truvia baking blend
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

Instructions for the cake

  • Mix together dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately then combine together with sprinkles.
  • Spray an oven safe bowl with cooking spray and place batter inside.
  • Bake on 350 for 30-35 min.

  • Mix together and place in fridge until cake is cooled and ready to be frosted.
  • Optional to add more sprinkles on top and enjoy.
