Frosted Pistachio Nut Cake Recipe

What you'll need

  • 1 scoop ETB Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1/4 cup gluten free baking flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut fl
  • 1 tbsp sugar free pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 egg white, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt,
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp Splenda brown sugar
  • 1 tsp light butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder and optional few drop of green food coloring

Cake Instructions

  • Combine ingredients while slowly adding water (about 1/4-1/3 cup) until mixed together.
  • Bake the cake for 20-25 mins on 350.

For the Frosting

  • scoop etb vanilla whey
  • 2 tbsp fat free cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp vita fiber syrup
  • 1 tbsp truvia baking blend sugar

Frosting Instructions

Mix together and frost cake once it's completely cooled. (May need to add in 1-2 tbsp water to thin the frosting).

Nut topping

  • 1/2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp Splenda brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp walden farm pancake syrup

For 1/4 of cake:

  • 3.5g fat
  • 17.5g carb (4 fiber)
  • 17g protein
  • 155 calories
