Cinnamon Bun Diet Protein Recipes

What you'll need

  • 1 scoop ETB Whey Cinnamon Bun Protein      (Grab a sample here!)
  • 1/2 cup Kodiak pancake mix
  • 1 tbsp nutsnmore maple powdered peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew or almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 packets truvia (mix all together and cook pancakes over low/medium heat)

For the glaze on top

  • 1 tbsp nutsnmore maple powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tsp coconut butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans:


Melt coconut butter and then mix in other ingredients and add either water, milk or SF pancake syrup until you get a desired consistency for your glaze. 

*optional top with one Keebler Sandies Pecan Shortbread cookie
