Chocolate Peanut Butter Diet Protein Recipes

What you'll need: 

  • 1 scoop ETB Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein
  • 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp walden farms pancake syrup
  • 3 tbsp egg whites
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cashew or almond milk
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 packets truvia

Instructions

  • Mix everything together
  • Pour into two mini cake pans sprayed with cooking spray
  • Bake on 350 for 18-20 mins

  • 2.5g fat
  • 12.5g carb (3 fiber)
  • 35g protein
  • 190 calories
