P r o c e d u r e :

  1. Spray skillet with nonstick spray and put on medium heat.
  2. Combine everything but the bread  into a bowl and batter the ingredients.
  3. Place each slice of bread into the mixture and saturate it.
  4. Place bread on skillet, and cook both sides.
