MUG CAKE

FROSTING

  • 1 scoop @Etbfit chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp VitaFiber lmo syrup
  • 2 tbsp fat free cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Truvia

P r o c e d u r e :

Mug Cake:

  1. Mix everything together and spray the inside of a mug with cooking spray.
  2. Place batter in mug and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool then frost.

Frosting:

  1. Mix together and place in fridge until the cake is ready to be frosted.
