ETB Protein Belgian Waffle

  • BATTER INGREDIENTS
  • – 1 1/2 scoops of your favorite ETB Whey Pure Isolate Protein
  • – 2 egg whites
  • – 1 egg
  • – 1/4 tsp coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingrediens and mix well. pour the mix into a pre-heated waffle maker sprayed with coconut oil. Do not overfill, batter will spread and rise during cooking. Cook low for 2-3 minutes.

  • FROSTING INGREDIENTS
  • – 1 scoop of your favorite ETB Whey Pure Isolate Protein
  • – 6 oz of fat free greek yogurt
  • – 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients until smooth and spread over waffle or fill frosting bag and pipe over top. Add your choice of fresh fruit and enjoy!
