Ambassador Profile - Vendetta Fitness

We've recently brought on a new group of awesome ambassadors who we believe exemplify what Eat The Bear is all about and we want to introduce them to you! Follow this series to learn more about what drives our team and how they Eat The Bear both in and out of the gym. Today we're talking to the guys at Vendetta Fitness!

  • Name: Vendetta Fitness
  • Age: Est. 2013
  • City: Whippany, NJ
  • What is your current fitness goal?
    • Our current fitness goals are preaching what we teach. Every day we train many clients, but we also train ourselves. We have team training sessions to motivate and push each other as we lift towards our goals. Our team lifting sessions do not only help ourselves get to our own fitness goals but our company’s goals as well. We share ideas that could potentially help our company grow.

  • What inspires you to Eat The Bear every day?
    • Our clients motivate us just as much as we motivate them. We have many athletes that look up to us for guidance on and off the field. We aspire to inspire - it’s what our company thrives off of.

  • What is your favorite ETB product / recipe?
  • What do YOU think is the most important part of living a healthy lifestyle?
    • The most important part of living a healthy lifestyle is making sure it’s a lifestyle, not a “diet.” We tell our clients, this isn’t a diet nor a fad. This is a change of lifestyle that is going to benefit you in the future. Failing to plan is planning to fail.

  • How do you spend your rest day?
    • Someone from Vendetta Fitness is always available. Yes, that means if you want to train at 5 am, no problem. 10pm? No problem. We will not be the reason you didn’t better yourself that day. We dedicate all of our time to our clients… 24/7, therefore we are always available for any question or concerns our clients may have. Why limit our clients? We want to provide the best service, wouldn’t you want the best service too?

  • What do you do when you’re not in the gym?
    • When we aren’t at the gym, we are promoting ourselves professionally. We take the time out of our days to see our athletes play in their games or support any of our clients in any way. Whether it's 5k walks or simply showing up for support, we go above and beyond for our athletes. We like to believe we are a family and a family supports each other.

  • Any advice or last words to share with the ETB audience?
    • If you want to be successful in this industry, put in the work. Preach what you teach and be passionate about it.
