Protein Pancake Recipe From Sadik
ETB Athlete, IFBB Pro and Part Time Pancake Chef Sadik Hadzovic shares his high protein pancake recipe proving there are many different ways to enjoy ETB’s protein powder.
If you’re getting sick of always taking your protein power in the form of a shake consisting of powder and water you aren’t alone. Day after day we get tired of the same routine and the desire to try something different is what often leads us to cheating on our diet.
Instead of resorting to unhealthy items, why not try and find something that you can substitute your shake with that will offer you the same nutritional profile? Then you get the best of both worlds: a nutrition meal and a break from the everyday.
Here is a recipes using protein powder that are easy to make and can satisfy your craving.
Feel like getting creative with your breakfast? Add some ETB’s Grizzly Protein to your pancakes!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup oats, 1/3 cup buckwheat mix, 2 Egg Whites and 2 scoops of Cinnamon Bun ETB Grizzly Protein
1- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2- Spray inside of a frying pan with cooking spray
3- Put stove on Medium heat
4- Spoon batter into the frying pan.
5- Once you notice that the pancake batter begins to bubble, carefully flip the pancake to the other side using a kitchen spatula.
6- Cook pancake until the middle is evenly done by poking the center with a fork. The inside should not be wet!
7- Remove pancake from pan and enjoy your healthy, lean and clean, high protein pancake!
You get two to three pretty good sized pancakes that are packed in protein from this recipe.
